3. Only one comment per person - multiple comments will be rejected. I want everyone's chance to be fair!
4. Deadline: Comments will be accepted from Sunday, September 20 until 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, October 3.
   
5. Giveaway is open to everyone - US and non-US residents.
